If you wish to change address or phone, you can do it through "My Order" Section till the order is shipped. You will see a small edit icon on the order detail screen. You cannot change the address once the order is shipped .
You can review the status of your orders and other related tracking information by visiting My Orders Section. You can instantly see the status of a specific order and all your past orders.
Once the order is Shipped, It is Marked as Fulfilled . Just click on Respective Order . On the top there is Tracking Link along with Courier Name . Click on the AWP Number , you will be redirected to the Tracking Page .
If you have placed the user as guest, Click on the Track Order link in the footer . Enter Your Order ID , You will see your Order Shipping Status .
Peelorange also send Tracking details on SMS/Email for every Shipment.
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order by raising a request on Contact Page.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48 business hours after the cancellation request.
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered
Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order. Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 24-48 business hours.
Check the status of the order or the item(s) on the "My Order" section.
If the full order is cancelled, then the shipping charges will get refunded.
If part of an order is cancelled, then the shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returns are currently accepted only in the following cases if You have received a damaged /defective/Wrong or missing product in the delivered shipment.
In any of these cases, you could either request a replacement or a refund within 7 business days of receiving the order.

To Raise a Return follow one of the following steps:
1. Visit My Orders section , click on the Respective Order that you want to return .
2. Next Click on the Tracking Link, You will redirected on Tracking Page .
3. Click On the Return Link, Fill all the Required Info & Submit the return Request .
4. Once your request is received, we will be responsible to pick the item from you. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and bar-codes intact.
Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
1. If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery.
2. Product is used or altered.
3. Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer Returned attempted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories.

If you are still uncomfortable making online payments, you can use our Cash on Delivery (CoD) facility.
This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery to your doorstep.
All you have to do is, select Cash on Delivery as your payment option during checkout.
You can only make CoD payments in Indian Rupees. Currently, we do not accept foreign currency or demand drafts.
Due to the limitations of the courier partners we use, CoD is not yet available for all zip codes in India. During the checkout process, you can use our Zip Code Finder to check if the CoD facility is available for your delivery address.

Yes, depending on the postal code and local laws, customs duties & local sales taxes may be charged. These charges to be borne by the customer at the time of delivery. Peelorange will not be liable to pay these charges.
We accept all major Debit and Credit Cards such as VISA, Master Card, American Express etc. for international orders.
1.We will process the refund if we are not able to reship a replacement for the damaged product/s.
2. Incase a refund is approved, payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking will be refunded to the same account, within 24-48 business hours of the request being approved. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account. The additional customs amount paid by the customer to receive the product will be reimbursed to the customer in the form of a refund coupon, that can be applied to the customers next order with Peelorange.
Peelorange does not accept returns for orders shipped outside India. Products can only be eligible for returns if the products received have been deemed to have been received in a damaged or defective state.
Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns.
If a return is accepted, Peelorange will replace or refund the invoiced rupee value for, the damaged / defective product. The amount to be refunded will be credited to the customers.
In case a replacement is required, The additional customs charge will be bourne by Peelorange directly.
